Schönebeck stands on the banks of the River Elbe just 17 km from Magdeburg. With the federal state capital so close by as well as good road, rail and waterway links, it is an ideal commercial site. Schönebeck is a historical merchant town with a beautiful old town centre. The office building was built in 1994 and has been in our portfolio ever since.
The modern, five-storey building is situated right on the Elbe floodplain and is chiefly used by the local municipal authorities.
