The Pfarrkirchen property is due for extensive expansion over the coming year and therefore also for massive additions to its existing facilities. The present superstore will be converted into a modern shopping centre with a sales area of over 6000 m2. The Huma is situated in an established and well-occupied industrial estate that is now up for further expansion and development.
The conversion plans propose the demolition of one section of the present building, the renovation and modernisation of the other section of that building, and the construction of a new building in the east of the site, which will be linked by a passage to the existing one. The new shopping centre will offer a wide range of shopping facilities: food shops, electrical and stationery stores, boutiques and shops selling children's articles, and also services such as hairdressers, chemist shops and opticians. A cinema is also planned for the top floor of the new building. The existing good infrastructure will be enhanced by the addition of an underground garage.
